History of Dorafoods

Formation and development process

Dorafoods Production Joint Stock Company was established in 2018, operating in the field of food and beverage production targeting both domestic and export markets. After nearly 1 year, the company focused on actively researching the strong agricultural products of Vietnam.

Raw material area

Dorafoods conducts research and invests in two main raw material regions in Gia Lai and Ninh Thuan. Each raw material region is divided into several small farms entrusted to local individuals who have been trained in management. At the same time, strict production processes are implemented following international standards to ensure the highest quality of raw materials.

Farming process

Dorafoods applies advanced technologies to the cultivation and care of raw material areas. From tissue culture methods to produce the best quality seedlings to researching and utilizing tightly controlled bio-products for plant care. As a result, Dorafoods ensures a high-quality source of production materials that meet international standards.

Quality control

To create products of high quality, Dorafoods tightly controls the entire operational process according to ISO 9001:2015 standards. Any materials that do not meet the standards are eliminated, crushed, and used as organic fertilizer to provide nutrients to the soil. The high-quality materials are then used in production on a closed and aseptic technological line.

The quality of the products is a source of pride for Dorafoods. It is the backbone, the lifeblood of its development, and the ultimate goal that Dorafoods always safeguards for the honor of the company.

Production line

Dorafoods’ manufacturing plant features modern technology and a large-scale operation, equipped with state-of-the-art equipment imported from G7 countries and Europe. The entire operational system is implemented according to ISO 9001 standards. The products from the factory are produced and managed in accordance with ISO 22000 standards to meet stringent food safety and hygiene standards.
